TL;DR

Location: New York, NY (HQ), Remote (US) with relocation support to NYC or SF

What you will do

  • Lead multi-channel performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliates, direct mail, and creative experimentation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of channel leads fostering accountability and data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement budget allocation, attribution, and forecasting frameworks to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to measure performance and optimize spend.
  • Drive creative experimentation with design and content teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify and scale emerging performance channels and technologies.
  • Report key performance metrics and insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of performance marketing experience with 3+ years managing teams in high-growth B2B, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven success managing large performance budgets ($10M+ annually).
  • Strong analytical skills including attribution, incrementality testing, and ROI measurement.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and judgment balancing efficiency with growth.
  • Location: Must be based in the US or able to relocate (relocation support available).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS with long sales cycles.
  • Exposure to influencer/UGC, connected TV, or frontier channels.
  • MBA or advanced quantitative/business degree.
