Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in office), or be open to relocating. Remote candidates must be able to visit NYC periodically and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Define the vision, creative roadmap, and brand guidelines for all marketing channels.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of full-time employees, freelancers, and agencies.
• Establish creative KPIs and a test-and-learn framework to optimize performance based on data.
• Design scalable operating models, workflows, and production infrastructure for high-volume creative.
• Serve as the internal expert and DRI on brand expression and audience POV across the organization.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, ideally in high-growth DTC or agency environments.
• Strong instincts for "good" vs "bad" creative specifically for paid advertising.
• Demonstrated track record of hiring and managing large creative teams.
• Experience building creative systems and production workflows from scratch.
• Fluency in performance metrics and the ability to drive analysis from insight to action.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
