Salary: $128,380 - $175,230 USD

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with media account teams at agencies and brands to ensure adoption of hirify.global’s product suite.
• Drive revenue growth and expand opportunities within existing clients using deep knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem.
• Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies across hirify.global’s portfolio, including Glance CTV and mobile lock screen.
• Develop and implement GTM strategies internally and for clients to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business operations to align solutions with client needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales working with major brands and agencies in CTV or omni-channel media.
• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising technology.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong consultative communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
