What you will do
- Grow a portfolio of Publicis Groupe agency partnerships, including Publicis Canada, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, and Fallon.
- Develop strategic relationships with programmatic planners, traders, activation leads, and investment decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast by identifying active and future opportunities within target agencies.
- Act as a strategic advisor on audience strategy, programmatic activation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Client Success, and Compliance teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide voice-of-the-agency insights to inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic media, ad tech, or agency roles.
- Hands-on, keyboard-level experience working directly within DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP).
- Existing relationships or demonstrated experience working with Publicis Groupe agencies.
- Experience translating technical data-driven products into clear value propositions.
- Work authorization and residency in the United States.
