What you will do

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining existing key relationships.
• Create and implement strategic business plans to drive regional growth.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with understanding of decision-maker types.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics.
• Must be based in the specified geographic territory.
