TL;DR
Strategic Account Manager (Women's Health): Developing and executing strategies to increase testing adoption within IDNs, large hospital systems, and Academic Medical Centers with an accent on relationship building with senior-level influencers and medical directors. Focus on implementing EMR/UX tools, managing reproductive health markets, and coordinating regional growth tactics.
Location: Must be based in the territory including VA, MD, DE, and Washington DC
Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Recruit and educate strategic accounts and lab partners on 's women's health portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, and Senior Management.
- Develop partnerships with OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs through educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools to drive product growth.
- Formulate and execute regional business plans based on market assessments and industry trends.
- Partner with the Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) team to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, preferably within genetics.
- Minimum 3 years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory field.
- Proven success in developing new markets, launching products, and increasing revenue.
- Required travel: 50-60%.
