Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth through direct engagement with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to accelerate market penetration in the assigned geography.
• Provide clinical expertise, educational support, and technical product training to medical professionals.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare providers.
• Manage sales efforts for both established products and new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI privacy regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Science, Nursing, or related healthcare discipline preferred).
• Minimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry.
• Deep understanding of the OB/GYN and MFM markets.
• Proven success in launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (South Sacramento, Elk Grove, Davis, Napa, Vallejo, and Fairfield).
