What you will do

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability.
• Monitor and optimize maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTTF, and equipment uptime.
• Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement methodologies including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.
• Manage the department budget, including maintenance costs and capital expenditure.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP PM.
