What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of manufacturing and controls engineers, including performance management and coaching.
• Own manufacturing engineering deliverables for assigned products from concept through launch and steady-state production.
• Drive process design and optimization, including line balancing, workstation design, ergonomics, and PFMEA.
• Oversee the specification, procurement, installation, and commissioning of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity, capacity, quality, and cost via automation and technology upgrades.
• Coordinate engineering activities and resources across multiple projects to ensure program timing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineers, supervisors, or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, automation, material handling, test systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
