What you will do
- Proactively identify, vet, and recruit a diverse bench of freelance creative and production talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across design, art direction, strategy, and video production.
- Own and evolve a structured freelance database, tracking rates, availability, and performance history.
- Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with freelancers to ensure preferred partner status.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations on onboarding, contracting, and rate negotiations.
- Refine and scale freelance recruitment processes to support agency growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in talent recruitment, creative agencies, or production companies.
- Proven track record of sourcing and building freelance creative or production talent pipelines.
- Strong understanding of creative disciplines and production workflows.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
