Location: Must be based in the Northern Los Angeles area (San Bernardino, Bakersfield, Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks, Northern Orange County)

Compensation: Base salary $187,272; Total compensation at plan $309,972

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy for the Northern Los Angeles territory.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales representatives.
  • Enhance customized sales pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Analyze sales results and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate clinical information and evolve product positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, women's health, or reproductive health.
  • Existing portfolio of convertible client relationships with OBGYNs and MFMs in the Northern Los Angeles region.
  • Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed ambitious goals.
  • Strong understanding of lab diagnostics and consultative sales processes.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and build a territory from the ground up.
