What you will do
- Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales organization across the US to deliver on revenue and margin goals.
- Drive top-line growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Actively improve the sales process and experiment across various stages of the sales funnel.
- Shape go-to-market strategies and build strategic partnerships to ensure best-in-class execution.
Requirements
- Proven success in building and scaling sales organizations, specifically in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare.
- Strong track record of owning a $10M+ quota or equivalent pipeline responsibility.
- Ability to operate in startup ambiguity (0–1) while preparing the organization for scale.
- Experience creating a culture of predictable pipeline generation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and performance management.
- Must be based in the United States.
