Location: Must be based in the United States. This role offers remote flexibility, though employees reporting to the NYC office may participate in a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (NYC-based range; total compensation includes base, bonus, and equity).

What you will do
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently close deals and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Act as a trusted consultant to benefits executives and healthcare consultants to identify and address prospect pain points.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and serve as a subject matter expert on family building and women's health benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide prospect feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position benefit offerings and drive new business.
- Forecast accurately and work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated experience working with consulting firms or vendors supporting employer benefits evaluations.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 40% to meet with clients, prospects, and partners.
