TL;DR

Hospital Account Manager (Medtech): Selling hirify.global’s Acute Care product portfolio and developing strategic relationships with clinical leaders in targeted hospitals with an accent on converting competitive accounts and driving sensor agreements. Focus on conducting clinical evaluations, identifying clinical champions, and managing complex sales cycles within hospital settings.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas), Houston, TX

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (including variable compensation)

What you will do

  • Drive sales of the Acute Care product portfolio and grow the business within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic relationships with clinical thought leaders to position wireless Pulse CO-Oximetry and Floor Monitoring solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, side-by-side evaluations, and high-impact clinical presentations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and account data using CRM to provide realistic sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, IDN, and Clinical Specialists for coordinated team selling.
  • Execute annual business reviews with existing customers and secure new sensor agreements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience selling innovative technology solutions to clinicians.
  • Proven track record of selling medical devices to multiple decision makers (e.g., C-Suite, ICU, OR, Biomedical).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel extensively (domestically and locally).
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead group presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be based in Texas.
