Senior Manager of Sales Enablement (SaaS): Building and executing comprehensive enablement strategies for go-to-market teams with an accent on onboarding, sales methodology, and product readiness. Focus on driving measurable performance improvements through data-driven feedback loops, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable content infrastructure.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in-office).
Compensation: $213,000 – $237,000 base salary + equity.

What you will do
- Define the enablement charter, priorities, and quarterly roadmap across onboarding, methodology, and tools.
- Design and deliver role-based onboarding and repeatable ramp programs for AEs, CSMs, SDRs, and SEs.
- Lead the rollout of sales methodologies and run programs like call coaching and deal reviews.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate launches into rep-ready messaging and assets.
- Build and maintain a Notion-based source of truth for playbooks, battlecards, and demo resources.
- Define success metrics and build feedback loops with Sales Leadership to iterate on enablement programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM operations with 3+ years leading programs end-to-end.
- Proven track record building scalable enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Data fluency with experience defining metrics and analyzing performance signals.
- Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from crafting strategy to executing content creation.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.

- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success enablement.
- AI fluency for accelerating content creation, call analysis, and knowledge management.
- Experience building enablement infrastructure in Notion.
