What you will do

  • Maintain BD deal infrastructure, including account trackers, pipeline maps, and dashboards.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews and board-level growth reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to align on forecast assumptions and manage legal documentation.
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly growth planning through scenario modeling and pipeline analysis.
  • Own the team's operating rhythm, coordinating weekly meetings and tracking action items.
  • Manage the BD slide library and customize pitch decks for partner opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, BD/sales operations, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience using AI tools for business processes, market research, and dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in crafting executive-level slides and narratives.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, payer, or value-based care environments preferred.
