Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of K-12 accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and onboard new customers through the implementation process.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to understand customer needs and provide consultative recommendations.
  • Monitor account usage data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate attrition risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Course Development to resolve issues and propose enhancements.
  • Present product demonstrations and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pennsylvania, United States
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or the online learning space.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a traditional or virtual school, or equivalent experience in educational sales/success.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience facilitating or participating in an e-learning or online learning course.
