What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of K-12 accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Train and onboard new customers through the implementation process.
- Facilitate regular meetings to understand customer needs and provide consultative recommendations.
- Monitor account usage data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate attrition risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Course Development to resolve issues and propose enhancements.
- Present product demonstrations and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pennsylvania, United States
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or the online learning space.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a traditional or virtual school, or equivalent experience in educational sales/success.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM platforms.
