What you will do
- Lead consultative conversations with learners to determine goals and programme suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including application completion and eligibility checks.
- Maintain and update learner pipelines accurately within the HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales, Admissions, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions for new learners.
- Help employer-sponsored learners build internal business cases for their training.
- Resolve complex learner queries empathetically while maintaining operational precision.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, consultative role involving account management and calls.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and strict deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be based in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in education, professional development, or apprenticeship programmes.
- Exposure to compliance-led processes and eligibility-based decision making.
- Experience supporting B2B or employer-sponsored customers.
