What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for mid-market and SMB accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiation and forecasting.
  • Drive product adoption and usage maturity through successful onboarding and engagement.
  • Identify and refer expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.
  • Track customer health scores and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal Product and Support teams.

Requirements

  • German language proficiency required
  • Experience in renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex portfolios in a covered CSM model.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in reviewing and analyzing software contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Certifications in Gainsight, Success Coaching, or Pragmatic Institute.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, NetSuite, and SalesLoft.
