Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $15.00–$18.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Provide tailored homeschooling solution recommendations based on family needs.
  • Navigate multiple CRM systems simultaneously to assist customers efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Mandatory availability during peak period (August 1 – September 30) with no planned PTO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requirement to complete a video questionnaire as part of the hiring process.

  • Previous experience working with CRM systems.
