What you will do

• Scale and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-empowerment and bar-raising culture.
• Lead the execution and growth of Affirm's products in the United Kingdom and new international markets.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Fraud stakeholders to incorporate regulatory oversight into product roadmaps.
• Optimize purchase experiences for strategic partners, platforms, and key merchants.
• Analyze user and merchant behavior to identify pain points and create seamless financing experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch with measurable business impact.
• Experience working on consumer technology products in the UK or Europe.
• Track record of managing high-performing teams of product managers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and data analysts to iterate on products.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics and secure decisions from senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing cross-functional engineering teams outside of direct reporting lines.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or specifically BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) products.
