TL;DR

Head of Product Management (Fintech): Leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Bank Broker Dealer business with an accent on driving business growth and delivering scalable software solutions. Focus on aligning cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and evangelizing product vision to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Location: Must be based in or near New York, NY (Hybrid role with flexibility to work remote).

Salary: $280,000–$300,000 + Bonus Eligible.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Bank Broker Dealer business.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers to deliver best-in-class software solutions.
  • Partner with BU leaders, Sales, and IT to ensure roadmap alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from prioritization and planning to delivery and performance reviews.
  • Evangelize product capabilities and provide education to internal stakeholders to maximize market impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and solve complex issues within a matrix structure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience, preferably in Financial Services.
  • 8-15 years of experience in Product Management with a proven record of managing large-scale solutions.
  • Experience managing, leading, and developing teams of product managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and influencing skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Understanding of corporate governance and shareholder interest regulations is a strong plus.
