TL;DR

Director, Audience Activation (AdTech): Leading sales initiatives to grow the Advanced Advertising business with an accent on audience activation, data enrichment, and agency partnerships. Location: Must reside in the US; Hybrid (1-2 days/week in New York, NY)

Salary: $117,500 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in audience activation and data enablement.
  • Manage end-to-end customer engagement, from strategy and proposal development to negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Lead engagement with agency holding companies, specifically programmatic, digital, video, and investment teams.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to provide client feedback and inform audience development prioritization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced advertising use cases and guide internal sales colleagues.
  • Maintain operational excellence via CRM accuracy and revenue tracking processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the US at time of application.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in sales or business development within ad tech, programmatic, or audience data.
  • Proven success driving audience activation initiatives within brands or agencies.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic activation and measurement solutions for digital video and CTV.
  • Strong industry network across agency stakeholders and executive-level communication skills.
