What you will do

• Formulate and execute annual business plans to achieve cost reductions and performance improvements.
• Analyze quotes and recommend global sourcing solutions based on total landed cost and financial risk.
• Manage contract negotiations and monitor supplier performance against established agreements.
• Lead cross-functional projects including benchmarking, VA/VE, and value stream mapping events.
• Coordinate with internal departments to optimize workflows and reduce inventory requirements.
• Resolve complex supplier issues and roadblocks to ensure successful part launches and PPAP.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Business (Supply Chain/Purchasing preferred) or Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in procurement.
• Ability to travel as required (estimated 10%).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
