Salary: $80,000-$95,000

What you will do

• Lead category management and sourcing execution for assigned Logistics categories across North America.
• Run end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes, including supplier engagement, bid analysis, negotiation, and award recommendations.
• Manage supplier relationships as the primary point of contact for performance management, issue resolution, and commercial activities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align category strategy, support business priorities, and maintain supply continuity.
• Identify risks, supply constraints, and cost drivers; drive resolution and mitigation with limited escalation.
• Analyze spend, pricing, market trends, and supplier performance to find cost optimization opportunities and improve service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
• Experience executing RFQ/RFP processes, including supplier engagement, analysis, and recommendation development.
• Proven ability to own sourcing/procurement/category workstreams end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, or similar enterprise systems.
