What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives across Europe.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Commercial segment.
  • Drive operational excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hire exceptional talent and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the SMB segment in Southern and Central Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology business.
  • Experience leading sales teams across European markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and develop managers.
  • Strong deal management skills and AI fluency.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for business needs.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Background in ecommerce or marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN.
