What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives across Europe.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Commercial segment.
- Drive operational excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Hire exceptional talent and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the SMB segment in Southern and Central Europe.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology business.
- Experience leading sales teams across European markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and develop managers.
- Strong deal management skills and AI fluency.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for business needs.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French or German.
- Background in ecommerce or marketing technology.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN.
