What you will do
- Manage a new business sales team of 8-10 BDRs and Account Executives.
- Drive SMB/Commercial growth and exceed company plans for new logos and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent aligned with company culture.
- Leverage SFDC, Gong, and Outreach to build and convert pipeline into bookings.
- Provide monthly and quarterly ARR forecasting to provide insight into team performance.
- Coach the team to build a repeatable and scalable sales process through structured KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- 5+ years of experience managing quota-carrying sales teams at a SaaS organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Experience managing or working with full-cycle sales representatives.
- Strong leadership qualities balancing empathy with accountability.
- Ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable execution plans.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience selling specifically to IT teams within Small to Medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Expertise in MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Strong understanding of inbound metrics and reporting.
