TL;DR

VP, IT & Data & Commercial Marketing and Commercial Marketing Product Group Lead (Commercial Marketing/CRM): Leading the strategic alignment between IT & Data and the Canadian business while overseeing the Commercial Marketing product portfolio for the Americas. Focus on driving digital transformation, optimizing B2B/B2C platforms, and managing multi-country agile squads to accelerate growth.

Location: Based in Toronto, ON or Montreal, QB (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Act as the strategic liaison between IT & Data and the Canadian business to align priorities and roadmaps.
  • Lead the Commercial Marketing Product Group and App Dev Chapters for the Americas, owning strategy, delivery, and P&L.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of B2B, B2C, and CRM platforms supporting €11B revenue across five countries.
  • Govern product portfolios using Agile (Scrum) frameworks to optimize value vs. cost and ensure timely releases.
  • Lead and mentor Product Owners and agile squads across multiple time zones to foster innovation and high performance.

Requirements

  • MBA or other advanced degree in IT, Business Systems, or Data and Analytics.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT & Data leadership roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Significant expertise in Commercial technologies including Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, RGM, and CRM.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders to influence digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large multi-country, multicultural teams.

Nice to have

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
  • Experience with Salesforce, KANTAR, or Commerce Tools platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
