What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for the AI Services practice to drive revenue growth and differentiation.
  • Develop repeatable AI-enabled ITSM service offerings and delivery frameworks based on ITIL processes.
  • Serve as an executive AI advisor to C-suite clients, co-creating AI-driven ITSM roadmaps and ROI models.
  • Oversee the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow AI solutions, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and GenAI integrations.
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing team of AI architects, ServiceNow practitioners, and ITSM consultants.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with ServiceNow and other AI/AIOps vendors to enrich the solution portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 10+ years of IT services experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership within an MSP or consulting firm.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow (ITSM Pro, ITOM, Virtual Agent, or Now Assist) at an architect level.
  • Deep, applied knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification preferred).
  • Proven track record of P&L management and scaling AI-focused professional services for enterprise clients.
  • Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and presenting business cases for AI investments.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) certification.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, or Dynatrace.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
