Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Leading the technical execution of strategic deals and POCs for an AI-native customer support platform with an accent on technical evaluations and customer onboarding. Focus on bridging the gap between sales and product engineering to shape the roadmap and ensure technical success for sophisticated B2B customers.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco (3 days a week in office)

Salary: $175k - $200k + equity

What you will do

• Drive technical evaluations and build the SE function from the ground up.
• Lead POCs by connecting prospect environments with hirify.global to prove product value.
• Act as the primary technical contact throughout the entire sales cycle, from discovery to deployment.
• Influence the product roadmap by feeding structured signals and feedback from technical buyers to engineering.
• Guide customers through complex use cases and customize workflows in unique environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at a SaaS company.
• Background working with developer-centric audiences or complex technical products.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, SQL, webhooks, and reading logs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
