What you will do

• Own end-to-end trial environments, tuning accounts to align with prospect buying signals and use cases.
• Lead the technical side of customer demos, including API support, CRM integrations, and MCP access.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by gathering feedback and collaborating with the product team on roadmap enhancements.
• Drive product enablement for Account Executives, translating new releases into effective demo strategies.
• Define and shape the systems, rituals, and rules of engagement for the pre-sales function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a closely adjacent technical role (e.g., implementation engineer) at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to quickly master complex SaaS data models and configure platforms independently.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving, prioritizing context and discovery before building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with C-level executives and end users.
• AI-forward operator: High proficiency in automating workflows and testing new AI models.
• Location: Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.
