What you will do

• Join customer calls early to conduct technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning.
• Translate complex customer architectural constraints into clear, actionable proposed approaches.
• Improve technical sales velocity by tightening the cycle from discovery to solutioning and deal terms.
• Support post-sale solutioning by identifying new use cases and accelerating platform adoption.
• Develop technical playbooks, reference architectures, and a knowledge base to scale the solutions motion.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate customer feedback into roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical solutioning within a pre-sales environment.
• Strong technical foundation with deep expertise in API integration and architecture.
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and address underlying customer needs.
• Proven ability to operate effectively across both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
• High ownership mindset with experience producing durable technical assets like guides and playbooks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in API-first fintech or infrastructure companies such as Plaid or Stripe.
• Background in selling or solutioning for lenders and enterprise-level financial buyers.
• History of building technical champions within client organizations.
• Experience creating technical enablement content and reusable solution frameworks.
