Location: Must be based in the US (New York, NY or Remote US Hub cities). New York-based employees are required onsite 3 days/week; hub city employees attend monthly Work Together Days.

Salary: $123,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through execution and measurement.
• Drive operational readiness for new Consumer product and service line launches.
• Analyze operational and member experience data to surface root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design and iterate on internal processes, workflows, and tooling for the Consumer Support and Provider teams.
• Partner with Product teams to communicate operational requirements and member pain points.
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to track operational health and trends.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, strategy & ops, or consulting.
• Active work authorization in the US is required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven track record of running end-to-end projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Comfort and fluency with AI tools for operational automation and efficiency.
