What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for the elluminate platform using PMI-compliant methodologies.
• Manage multiple concurrent software implementation projects while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to facilitate rapid system adoption and integration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, issue escalation, and risk mitigation.
• Realign resources proactively in response to scope changes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of systems or software project management experience in clinical, biomedical, or software environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams) and collaborative platforms.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and clinical trial methodologies.
• Experience managing technical deployments, system implementations, or data management projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences or analytic discipline.
• Prior experience in clinical data management.
• Familiarity with CRO partnerships and EDC systems like Medidata Rave.
