What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of technical EMR integrations and support post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using tools such as Redox, Mirth, Epic, and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in EMR integrations, clinical workflows, and lab ordering/result processes.
• Act as the primary client liaison, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee integration testing and QA, ensuring environments are properly configured and gaps in process visibility are addressed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, EMR integration, or healthcare technology.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Exposure to APIs, clinical data feeds (HL7), or interface engines.
