What you will do

  • Research and analyze EHR workflow efforts, focusing on deployment, adoption, efficacy, and impact.
  • Conduct rigorous data analysis to inform decision-making for high-priority items in the transformation portfolio.
  • Develop and coordinate project plans, deliverables, and communications across multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams.
  • Adopt and master various AI tools to scale individual and team impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience (or 3+ years with a relevant graduate degree).
  • Experience in healthcare strategy or operations consulting strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI applications beyond chatbots (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MPH, or MPP).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and FILTER.
  • Knowledge of value-based care, population health, and primary care.
  • Strong organization and project management capabilities.
