What you will do
- Oversee and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and operational processes.
- Lead the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, or transformation projects.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Experience working with Product, GTM, or Support teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience leading operational or strategic initiatives in tech or startup environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Deep understanding of GTM strategies or product development processes.
- Experience in the self-storage and/or insurance industry.
