Salary: ¥13,522,000 - ¥19,258,000 JPY (OTE)

What you will do
- Handle inbound leads and schedule meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies across various channels.
- Help architect the growing SDR team by defining and iterating on internal processes.
- Develop deep technical expertise in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan.
- 1+ years of experience in inbound or outbound sales or sales development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes and maintain efficiency.

- Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-source software.
