Salary: $90,900 SGD – $102,250 SGD (OTE)

What you will do
- Source and qualify outbound leads to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicate value propositions and identify fit based on prospect needs.
- Develop target prospect lists and penetrate high-value key accounts.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach using various external sources.
- Educate prospects and facilitate smooth hand-offs to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B SaaS business development as an SDR.
- Proficiency in Korean and fluent English.
- Must be based in the APAC region.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to use automation tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus.
- Previous experience working in a environment.
