TL;DR

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth by sourcing and qualifying outbound leads for a global HR platform with an accent on strategic prospecting and B2B SaaS sales. Focus on penetrating key accounts, conducting cold outreach, and educating prospects to accelerate the sales cycle.

Location: Must be based in the APAC region

Salary: $90,900 SGD – $102,250 SGD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Source and qualify outbound leads to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate value propositions and identify fit based on prospect needs.
  • Develop target prospect lists and penetrate high-value key accounts.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach using various external sources.
  • Educate prospects and facilitate smooth hand-offs to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS business development as an SDR.
  • Proficiency in Korean and fluent English.
  • Must be based in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to use automation tools.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus.
  • Previous experience working in a hirify.global environment.
