What you will do

  • Develop and implement compensation solutions for G&A and international talent.
  • Manage compensation processes across the entire employee life cycle.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-wide compensation programs and frameworks.
  • Partner with founders and executive leadership to align compensation with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on critical decisions regarding offers, promotions, leveling, and retention.

Requirements

  • Expertise in job architecture, compensation frameworks, and market pricing.
  • Deep knowledge of tech sector compensation practices, particularly new-hire and refresh equity strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience navigating competing priorities to drive outcomes with senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, or Python.
  • Experience utilizing AI for compensation analytics.
