What you will do
- Own compensation partnership for EPD and G&A populations, serving as the primary point of contact for benchmarking and decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end compensation cycle programs, including merit, equity, and promotion cycles.
- Build and maintain complex analytical models for scenario planning, band analysis, and equity burn projections.
- Manage and optimize compensation and equity systems such as Pave and Carta to ensure data integrity.
- Partner with People Business Partners and Finance to align compensation strategies with business goals.
- Identify infrastructure gaps and implement automated, standardized workflows to support a scaling global team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house compensation experience at a technology company.
- Hands-on experience with Radford methodology, including job matching and data pulls.
- Proven track record of owning full compensation cycles independently.
- Strong analytical modeling skills with the ability to present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience at organizations with 1,000+ employees is preferred.
