What you will do

  • Advance compensation transparency and manager decision-making through the creative application of AI.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate compensation workflows, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Administer compensation structures, job architecture, and annual compensation/bonus cycles.
  • Manage end-to-end equity programs including grants, ESPP administration, and compliance.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure SEC compliance and accurate tax/accounting treatment.
  • Develop and document AI-enabled policies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience in a public-company environment.
  • Must be based in the USA and authorized to work.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for business process improvement.
  • Experience with equity administration, regulatory compliance, and taxation.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Pave, Carta).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative research methods.
