What you will do

  • Manage the regional deal desk, ensuring efficient qualification, pricing, and contract execution.
  • Employ MEDDPICC methodology and structured deal reviews to enhance deal velocity and forecast reliability.
  • Deliver real-time regional pipeline and performance intelligence deep dives for GTM leadership.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered GTM tooling for conversational AI, forecasting, and lead generation.
  • Lead regional governance cadences, including win/loss retrospectives and pipeline hygiene.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Marketing to optimize pricing, packaging, and lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including data interrogation and pipeline hygiene management.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and modern GTM technology to drive operational speed.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to provide actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clari or similar revenue intelligence and forecasting platforms.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment management, or financial data services.
  • Exposure to MEDDPICC or other structured sales qualification methodologies.
