What you will do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Own the systems and tools roadmap, including CRM (Salesforce), CS platforms, and PSA tools to support leadership reporting and workflows.
  • Lead the vision for success and services analytics, defining measurement frameworks and leading indicator metrics.
  • Design and implement retention and expansion strategies, resource models, and streamlined delivery processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across a matrixed post-sale organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate business priorities into scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue, CS, or services operations within high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Direct experience supporting Professional Services, Customer Success, or Support functions.
  • Hands-on fluency with Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, Zendesk, and PSA tools (e.g., Mavenlink, FinancialForce).
  • Strong business and financial acumen regarding services delivery and customer success methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in tracking and translating KPIs such as NRR, CSAT, and utilization into actionable strategies.
