What you will do

• Develop AI-first features for contract intelligence by building experiences powered by LLMs, knowledge graphs, personalization, and predictive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver ML solutions across hirify.global’s product ecosystem.
• Use software and data engineering stacks to enable training, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models.
• Develop and deploy new products at scale using hirify.global computing resources and rich datasets.
• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on quality, scale, and security.
• Apply a product mindset to how ML improves customer experience, with strong ownership and teamwork.

Requirements

• 10+ years building applied machine learning products at scale, including applied research through production and production-based evaluation.
• 4+ years of professional experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks/toolkits such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• 6+ years building services to host machine learning models in production at scale.
• 3+ years working with large language models (LLMs), text generation models, and/or graph neural network models for real-world use cases.
• 6+ years experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Proven track record leading, mentoring, and/or managing ML engineering teams, including ownership of development lifecycle and sprint planning.
