What you will do

• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions to enhance advertiser and shopper experiences.
• Define the long-term science roadmap and technical vision for advertising products.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B experiments to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable AI infrastructure and algorithms.
• Mentor and grow applied AI talent within the organization.
• Communicate complex technical strategies to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• 3+ years of experience in LLMs, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising technology.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Track record of innovative AI solution development.
• Experience with generative model architectures.
• Research publications or patents in generative AI.
• Experience with RLHF, RAG, and managing model trade-offs like latency and cost.
