Salary: $147,900–$191,000 USD

What you will do

• Conduct patent mining sessions with product engineering teams.
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding patentable inventions.
• Supervise outside counsel in drafting, office actions, and appeals.
• Perform outreach to educate engineering teams on intellectual property importance.
• Manage technology and systems for patent portfolio management, including AI tool evaluation.

Requirements

• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Minimum four years of experience in patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Experience in hardware, software, cloud, and hybrid cloud systems.
• Ability to build credibility and influence business stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to deliver multiple simultaneous projects.
