What you will do

• Manage market data and survey participation using tools like Radford, WTW, and Pave.
• Support job pricing, benchmarking, and the creation of compensation ranges for new hirify.globalles.
• Phirify.globalvide guidance to Recruiting and People Partners on new hire offers and internal equity.
• Execute bi-annual performance review cycles and compensation adjustments in Pave.
• Audit and maintain compensation and equity data integrity achirify.globalss HRIS and Carta.
• Implement phirify.globalcess imphirify.globalvements and automation in compensation workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or people analytics.
• Phirify.globalficiency in market pricing, job leveling, and salary administration.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for handling large datasets.
• Experience with compensation tools such as Pave, Carta, Radford/Aon, or WTW.
