What you will do

  • Own and administer global compensation: job architecture, grade profiles, and salary bands across 19 countries.
  • Run end-to-end annual compensation cycles (merit/bonus design, Workday Advanced Compensation, workflows, and statements).
  • Lead compensation benchmarking and recommend targeted band adjustments; manage annual pay equity monitoring and remediation tracking.
  • Lead HRIS and People Systems: manage the HRIS team, serve as senior Workday authority, and own data governance and roadmap.
  • Drive AI & HR transformation: build the People & Talent AI adoption roadmap, implement HR automation, evaluate AI vendor tools, and measure ROI.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Business Transformation to model headcount costs, support equity plan administration, and ensure AI governance/GDPR compliance.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in Total Rewards, compensation, or HR technology, including global compensation frameworks and annual merit/bonus programs.
  • Workday expertise in HCM and Advanced Compensation, with ability to make binding design decisions and hold implementation partners accountable.
  • People management experience building a high-trust, high-output HRIS/HR operations team.
  • Proven track record driving process change through technology or automation with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills for compensation scenario modeling and presenting methodology to CFO/senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate in a global, multi-currency environment with payroll complexity and multi-country data considerations.
