Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $100,000 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate survey submissions and manage the team’s market data depository.
  • Maintain compensation infrastructure, including job families, grades, and titling.
  • Lead the planning, launching, and closing of the annual merit cycle.
  • Consult with business groups and HRBPs on compensation-related matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to inform compensation ranges and budgets.
  • Support the administration of incentive programs and equity requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Compensation experience (or equivalent experience in Consulting, Finance, or Accounting).
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Expert proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets (will be tested via a case).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting patterns and trends in large datasets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to handle high volumes of projects.

Nice to have

  • Prior compensation experience at a publicly-traded high-tech organization.
  • Proficiency with VBA, Python, or other coding languages for automation.
  • Experience with Radford and Mercer’s job catalogs and leveling conventions.
  • Certifications such as CCP, CECP, or CEP.
